AHHHHH Summer! Picnics, sunshine, and summer vacation. This month at American Grooming Academy we are so excited for the biggest show in the pet industry! The Las Vegas Super Zoo! Its on every pet industry professionals mind and American Grooming Academy students and Alumna always attend!
Super Zoo, sponsored by great industry professionals like Petedge and Andis, is the largest pet industry professional exhibition in the United States. For a groomer it is nothing short of an adventure land. There are many products and services including pet food, kennel equipment and shampoo vendors.
To the grooming students and alumni from American Grooming Academy the Groomer Supershow is what’s on our mind!

There are grooming shows, speakers, certification, and contests. For grooming students, the classes are invaluable. Knowledge and tricks of the trade are sought out like the best pair of shears. There will be international speakers as well, giving the American grooming public insights on what’s happening in grooming all over the world!
There are many other classes as well. How to grow your pet care business, and how to have successful retail are just some of the classes that can be registered for at Superzoo. There will be a grooming competition, and as always the creative competition where groomers from all over the country try their hand at creating the most beautiful and creative cuts or characters. The creative is alway a crowd favorite!
American Grooming Academy director Angela Clark will be on hand with many of our students and alumni. She will be certifying for International Professional Groomers Association, along with the amazing Mrs. Linda Easton.
